Shipping of goods
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS FOR THE EU

Delivery points, Zasilkovna, Ltd. (Packeta)
You can use the Zasilkovna, s.r.o. dispensing points for personal collection for a fee of 10 Euro, a list of which can be found here
If you order the goods before 12.00, you can pick them up at the selected dispensing point on the next working day.
When the goods are delivered to the selected drop-off point, Packeta, s.r.o. will send you a text message/email informing you that the parcel is ready for collection. You have 7 working days to pick up the parcel. If you do not make it by the 4th working day, you will be sent a reminder SMS/email again. You can pick up your goods at any time of the day depending on the opening hours of the dispensing point. You can pick up from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. at most dispensing points, and at selected dispensing points at the weekend. For more information about the drop-off point, please see the basket after selecting deposit slip delivery.
At most of the dispensing points it is possible to pay for the goods by card and cash.

If you are unable to collect your shipment on the specified date, the company will inform you by e-mail about the possibility of extending the validity of the deposit ticket at the selected dispensing point. Zasilkovna, Ltd.
